Samsung has yet to confirm the Galaxy Tab S8 release date. While the tablet’s launch is months away, OnLeaks has posted design renders. Based on the design renders, the Tab S8 should resemble its predecessor. The tablet’s display will have thick bezels. Vertically, the front camera is on the right bezel. During video calls, hold the tablet horizontally and look directly into the camera. A 1600 x 2560 IPS LCD is claimed by OnLeaks. The display will also offer a 120Hz refresh rate.

The back has two cameras. Above the LED flash module are a 13MP primary camera and a 5MP secondary sensor. The front camera will be 8MP for selfies and video calls.

It will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. The tablet’s battery will be 8000 mAh. It will support 45W fast charging. Samsung often includes a 15W/25W charging brick. It will be interesting to see if the Galaxy Tab S8 comes with a 45W charger.

No word on whether the tab will support Samsung’s S Pen. It comes with Android 11. Samsung’s One UI skin will be applied to Android on the tablet.
