Earlier we saw reports suggesting Samsung will launch the new Galaxy M41 successor to last year launched Galaxy M40. The report also suggested that Samsung will use the Chinese TCL made CSOT OLED display for the new Galaxy M41 to reduce the cost of manufacturing.
Now probably there is some bad news coming as Samsung decided to pull the plug for the development of new Galaxy M41 completely. Yes, the report confirms that there will be no successor to Galaxy M40 aka Galaxy M41 launching this year. Further, the report also suggests that Samsung will jump to launch the Galaxy M51 instead.
As per the reports, TCL has also failed to supply the CSOT OLED panels for the new Galaxy M51 and as it is not upto the Samsung’s expectation. So finally the Galaxy M51 will ship with Samsung AMOLED display at last. So basically Samsung gonna rebrand the Galaxy M41 as Galaxy M51 this year.
