iPhone 9

Previously we had few rumours about Apple plans to rebrand the iPhone SE lineup as iPhone 9 series. Now we have some interesting official leaks coming which reveals that there will be no iPhone 9 instead it would be called as iPhone SE.

As per the source, Apple will stick to the same name with iPhone SE with the addition of the year 2020. Further, Apple has accidentally confirmed that iPhone 7/iPhone 8 screen protector can be used for iPhone SE through its listing on the official website.

iPhone SE

So this indirectly confirms that the upcoming iPhone SE will be sporting same 4.7 inches display with traditional Touch ID built in the home button. Other reports claim that Apple will ship the iPhone SE upto 256GB storage variant. So we could expect 64GB, 128GB and 256GB storage version. Lastly, the iPhone SE might arrive in black, white and red colours.

Anyway, the report also confirms that the new iPhone SE will be powered by Apple A13 Bionic SoC coupled with 3GB RAM. The iPhone SE pricing will start from $399 (Rs.31,000/-) in the US.
