Earlier we saw LG launching the LG G8 ThinQ at MWC 2019 which never made its way to India. As we are waiting for LG G8 ThinQ Indian launch LG is already preparing for a successor with LG G8X ThinQ or simply LG G8X.
Today, we have got the first 3D CAD renders of the new LG G8X which is leaked by popular tipster OnLeaks. The new LG G8X will sport 6.2 inches waterdrop AMOLED display at the front with an in-display fingerprint scanner. It comes with a dimension of 159.3 x 75.8 x 8.5mm.
The new LG G8X gives a miss to 3D Facial recognition tech due to the waterdrop notch. We have dedicated Google Assistant key on the right along with Power button and Volume rockers. On the back, there are dual rear cameras aligned horizontally with LED flash.
On the bottom, we have USB Type-C port, speaker mesh and 3.5 mm audio port. The device also has the Crystal Sound OLED speaker one found on LG G8 ThinQ. The new LG G8X will sport QHD+ display and might come with SD855/ SD855+ SoC. The new LG G8X is rumoured to launch at IFA Berlin.
