Earlier we had got the first renders showing the new LG Stylo 5 which the company has been launching from past few years. Now LG has officially launched the carrier locked variant of the new LG Stylo 5 in the US which will be exclusive to Cricket for now. The new LG Stylo 5 will arrive in two colours with platinum grey and blonde rose.
The LG Stylo 5 comes with a polycarbonate back with thicker bezels covering the display and single rear camera. The device is 8.38 mm thick and weighs about 160 grams. The new LG Stylo 5 sports larger 6.2 inches Full HD+ FullVision display along with Virtual 3D surround sound support.
LG Stylo 5 is powered by an unknown octa-core processor clocked at 1.8 GHz coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. It features a microSD card slot for further storage expansion. The LG Stylo 5 features 13MP single rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP selfie shooter with FHD Video recording on both the sensors.
The special feature of the new LG Stylo 5 is the Stylus which make it the cheapest Stylus support device in the World. The new Stylus features include Screen-off Memo which helps one to take notes on the display even when it turned off, Pop Lens to magnify the text, and finally the Draw Chat. LG Stylo 5 also comes with the rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The new LG Stylo 5 connectivity option includes Wifi, Bluetooth 4.2, A-GPS, GLONASS, FM Radio, USB Type-C port and fingerprint scanner. The new LG Stylo 5 packs 3500 mAh battery and runs on Android 9 Pie with LG custom skin on top. The LG Stylo 5 is priced at $229.99 (Rs.15,200/-) for a monthly pre-paid plan of $30 and above.
