Samsung is all set to launch the new J-series duo with Samsung Galaxy J4 Plus and Galaxy J6 Plus which is also known as Samsung Galaxy J4 Prime and Galaxy J6 Prime in some countries. Earlier we had got few 3D renders of the device along with the specs leaked for the Samsung Galaxy J6 Prime/Plus.
Today we have spotted the Samsung Galaxy J4 Plus and Galaxy J6 Plus on one of the Dutch-based retailer website which reveals everything about the devices. As per the listing, the new Samsung Galaxy J4 Plus and Galaxy J6 Plus will look similar in terms of design but with few changes.
As per the source, the new Samsung Galaxy J4 Plus will not come with a fingerprint scanner in some regions but American units will ship with a fingerprint scanner and will feature single rear-camera setup whereas Dual cameras on the Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus along with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The new Samsung Galaxy J4 Plus & Galaxy J6 Plus sports large 6.0 inches TFT HD+ display with a resolution of 1440*720p having an aspect ratio of 18:9.
The new Samsung Galaxy J4 Plus is powered by SD425 SoC coupled with 2GB/3GB RAM and 16GB/32GB internal storage whereas the Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus comes with the same chipset but with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB internal storage and both the devices do have the option to expand storage via microSD card slot.
The new Samsung Galaxy J4 Plus features a 13MP rear camera with an aperture of f/1.9 with LED flash and can record videos up to 1080p. The Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus features a Dual rear camera with a primary sensor of 13MP (f/1.9) and 5MP (f/2.2) secondary sensor. The Samsung Galaxy J4 Plus comes with 5MP (f/2.2) selfie camera whereas Galaxy J6 Plus features 8MP (f/1.9) selfie camera. Both the devices are 7.9 mm thick and weigh 176 grams.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Wifi, Bluetooth 4.2, A-GPS, NFC, 3.5 mm audio jack, FM Radio and micro USB port on both the devices. Both Samsung Galaxy J4 Plus & Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus runs on Android 8.1 with Samsung Experience UI on top. Both the devices are fueled with same 3300 mAh battery.
Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus will be available in Black, Gray, and Red whereas Samsung Galaxy J4 Plus comes in Black, Gold, and Pink colors. The Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus is priced at 239 Euros (Rs.20,300/-) and Samsung Galaxy J4 Plus at 189 Euros (Rs.16,000/-) in Europe.
