Huawei has silently launched the new Huawei Mediapad M5 Lite on the official website. The new Huawei Mediapad M5 Lite is a mid-range tablet with great built quality. As of now, Huawei has not revealed the details about pricing and availability for the Huawei Mediapad M5 Lite. The new Huawei Mediapad M5 Lite will be available in Champagne Gold and Space Grey colors.
The new Huawei Mediapad M5 Lite is made out of metal unibody which feels premium in hand. It weighs around 475 grams and is 7.7mm thick. It sports 10.1 inches FHD IPS screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 covered with 2.5D curved glass.
It is powered by Kirin 659 SoC coupled with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB internal storage space which can be expanded through microSD card up to 256GB. The new Huawei Mediapad M5 Lite features 8MP FF selfie and 8MP rear camera with AF.
Huawei Mediapad M5 Lite features new Quad Speakers powered by Harman/Kardon along with new Huawei’s Histen 5.0 sound system to mimic 3D surround sound. The Huawei Mediapad M5 Lite also comes with Huawei’s M-Pen lite Stylus with 2048 levels of pressure sensitivity.
The connectivity option includes LTE support, Dual Band Wifi, Bluetooth 4.2, A-GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C port and fingerprint scanner. The Huawei Mediapad M5 Lite comes with 7500 mAh battery along with Quick charging support at 9V, 2A and runs on Android 8.1 with EMUI 8.1 on top.
