Oppo has finally launched the successor to Oppo F7 with Oppo F9 in Vietnam today. The new Oppo F9 will be launched as Oppo F9 Pro in India later this month. The new Oppo F9 will go on sale from Aug 15 in Vietnam. The device is priced at 7,990,000 Vietnamese Dong (Rs.23,500/-) and will arrive in Sunrise Red, Twilight Blue and Starry Purple colors with a radiant design.
The new Oppo F9 will feature Glass back with a radiant design that changes the color based on light. The new Oppo F9 is just 7.9 mm thick. The new Oppo F9 will sport Oppo’s teardrop notched display which is inspired from Essential PH-1.
The Oppo F9 will sport 6.3 inches FHD+ (2280*1080p) display with an aspect ratio of 19:9. The Oppo F9 is powered by MediaTek Helio P60 SoC coupled with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage which can be expanded via dedicated microSD card slot up to 256GB.
The new Oppo F9 will feature Dual rear cameras with a 16MP primary sensor having an aperture of f/1.85 and secondary 2MP camera. There is a 25MP Sony IMX576 selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.0 and Face Unlock feature.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual VoLTE and 4G LTE support, Dual Band Wifi, Bluetooth 4.2, A-GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C Port, 3.5 mm audio jack and fingerprint scanner. The new Oppo F9 is fueled by 3500 mAh battery with VOOC fast charging support. It runs on Android 8.1 with Color OS 5.2 on top.
