After the huge success of the Nokia X6, the company has now announced the Nokia X5 in China. The new Nokia X5 is priced at 999 Yuan (Rs.10,200/-) for the base variant with 3GB+32GB and 1399 Yuan (Rs.14,299/-) for 4GB+64GB variant. The new Nokia X5 is already gone on sale in China.
The new Nokia X5 looks similar to Nokia X6 in terms of design but with smaller screen size. It also features a bezel-less display with a notch. The Nokia X5 is made out of metal chassis and glass back. The new Nokia X5 weighs around 160 grams and is 8.096 mm thick.
The new Nokia X5 sports 5.86 inches HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19:9 and is covered by 2.5D curved glass on top. The Nokia X5 is powered by the MediaTek Helio P60 SoC which is built on 12nm process coupled with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB internal storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 256GB.
The Nokia X5 features Dual rear cameras with a 13MP primary sensor with an aperture of f/2.0 and secondary 5MP camera with PDAF and LED flash. There is an 8MP selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.2 having an 80.4-degree wide angle lens. It also features AI Portrait and AI selfie modes.
The Nokia X5 connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE support (Hybrid), Dual Band Wifi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, GLONASS, 3.5mm audio jack, USB Type-C port, fingerprint scanner, and FM Radio. The Nokia X5 is fueled by 3060 mAh battery and runs on Android 8.1 out of the box.
