Now as per Korean Media, Samsung is planning to ditch the IRIS scanner completely on Samsung Galaxy S10 to bring on-board for the in-display fingerprint tech. They further claim that Samsung has not bought any IRIS scanner for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S10 which further confirms that the device will rely on 3D Facial recognition and in-display fingerprint scanner.

As per earlier leaks, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S10 will sport 5.8 inches and Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus will sport 6.3 inches displays. Both the device might feature the in-display fingerprint tech and also rumored to launch early in Jan 2019.
