Apple is all set to make a deal with LG Innotek for its TrueDepth Camera components for the Face ID feature.As per regulatory filing reveals that LG has invested around 873.7 billion for building the additional facilities for the upcoming iPhone and iPads TrueDepth Camera module.

As per the Investor, Tim Cook has met the LG Innotek CEO Park Jong-Seok in Nov last year and had made the deal final with some investment made by Apple for fabrication facilities.The accurate investment made by Apple is unknown.

As per rumours the upcoming iPads will come with an upgraded version of Apple A11 Bionic SoC with two extra cores and will also include the TrueDepth Camera module.
