Alcatel launched their latest mid-range devices with Alcatel A7 and Alcatel A5 LED yesterday in India.The Alcatel A7 is priced at Rs.13,999/- and A5 LED is priced at Rs.12,999/- and both the devices are exclusively available on Amazon starting from today. The Alcatel A7 is available in Metallic Gold and Metallic Black whereas A5 LED is available in Metallic Silver color.

The Alcatel A5 LED was unveiled at MWC 2017 held in Berlin this year and is launched nearly after 9 months.It is touted as the world’s first modular LED phone as it comes with LED back case. The LED case has certain functionality like smart notification for Missed calls, SMS, WhatsApp etc, you can even change the theme of the LED called as Color Catcher which changes the color based on surrounding by just clicking the picture using the rear camera it matches the main color and applies it to the LED.You can even play along with LED as it comes with the light show which is the highlight of the Alcatel A5 LED.

The Alcatel A5 LED is just 7.7 mm thick and weighs 159 grams.It sports 5.2 inches IPS HD 720p display. It is powered by MediaTek MT6753 Octa-Core processor clocked at 1.3GHz coupled with 3GB RAM and 16GB internal storage which can be expanded via microSD card slot.

Alcatel A5 LED is having a 13MP rear camera with an aperture of f/2.0, and Dual Tone LED flash whereas there is 5MP selfie camera with FF and selfie flash.The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 4G LTE and VoLTE, ViLTE support, Bluetooth 4.2, Wifi, A-GPS, Micro USB port and 3.5 mm audio jack.It is fueled by lower 2800 mAh battery with LED case it bumps up to 3100 mAh battery and runs outdated Android 6.0 out of the box.There is fingerprint scanner below the display which doubles up as the home button.

The Alcatel A7 was announced in IFA 2017 and has launched in India yesterday.Both of the devices look similar in terms of design and  Alcatel A7 slightly heavy with 163 grams and is 8.95 mm thick.It is having 5.5 inches FHD IPS display.

The Alcatel A7 is powered by MediaTek MT6750T clocked at 1.5GHz coupled with 4GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage which can be expanded via microSD card.It is having a 16MP rear camera with AF, Dual Tone LED flash and 8MP selfie camera which is FF and also has Front flash.The fingerprint scanner is located at the back below the camera module.

The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 4G LTE and VoLTE, ViLTE support, Wifi, Bluetooth 4.2, A-GPS, NFC, Dirac research for better audio and 3.5 mm audio port.All this is fueled by 4000 mAh battery with fast charging support up to 9V at 1.6A.It runs on Android 7.0 out of the box.
