Lenovo is all set to launch the successor to last year K6 Note with K8 Note and K8 Note Plus on Aug 9 in India.Yesterday, the device was spotted on popular benchmarking site GeekBench.As per Lenovo official statement, the upcoming K8 Note series will not come with Vibe UI anymore as Lenovo will be moving to cleaner Android Stock UI.

As per GeekBench, the Lenovo is going to launch two handset one with Lenovo K8 Note and other Lenovo K8 Note Plus.The Lenovo K8 Note Plus is powered by MediaTek Helio P25 chip which is clocked at 1.69 GHz.It is coupled with 3GB RAM and no details regarding the internal storage.The device scored 861 points on Single core test and 3761 on Multi-Core test.As we all know the Lenovo K series will be a mid-range smartphone and will be priced under 10-15K in India.

The Lenovo K8 Note too leaked earlier which was powered by MediaTek Helio X20 chip clocked at 1.85 GHz coupled with 4GB RAM.The device scored 1,551 points on Single core test and 4,664 on Multi-Core test.

We can expect the Lenovo K8 Note Plus will ship FHD display and K8 Note to ship with QHD display as it has Helio X20 and also supports display resolutions up to 2K.We have to wait for just one day as the device will be unveiled tomorrow.
