Camera features:

Vivo has introduced two key imaging upgrades on the X300 Ultra: enhanced video features and a new color science system.

On the video side, all cameras now have optical image stabilization, with the telephoto offering the most advanced implementation. The phone supports 3D LUT (look-up table) imports and multi-focal 4K 120fps 10-bit Log video, with a log format compatible with ACES pro workflows.

Vivo also created a new Photography App that includes a 3D LUT library for various color looks. The X300 Ultra supports vivo’s Multi-Focal 4K Master Colour Video, a new colour pipeline that builds on this updated colour science.

The system starts with a 50MP True Colour Lens with 12 spectral channels for precise, pixel-level colour and tone. A Smooth EV dynamic compression algorithm analyzes multi-frame HDR data to preserve highlights and maintain natural tones. From there, vivo’s color science lets creators tailor the final look—whether more filmic, vivid, or anything in between.

The connectivity options include Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and 5G (Dual-Mode support), A-GPS, GPS, GLONASS, NAVIC, Dual-Band Wi-Fi/Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. The Vivo X200 Ultra series features an Ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner and an IR Blaster. It is also IP68/IP69-rated, making it both dust- and water-resistant.

The Vivo X300 Ultra has a 6600 mAh battery that supports 90W wired and 40W wireless fast charging. It runs on Android 16 OS with Origin OS 6 on top.
