Vivo will unveil the Vivo X300 Ultra in China tomorrow (March 30), alongside the Vivo X300s and the Vivo Pad 6 Pro. Ahead of the event, product manager Han Boxiao has shared a poster that confirms several key specs for the X300s.

The teaser reveals that the Vivo X300s will run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, supported by Vivo’s V3+ imaging chip. It features a 6.78-inch flat display with Zeiss color calibration and a 144Hz refresh rate, plus dual stereo speakers for enhanced audio.

A major highlight is its large 7,100mAh battery, paired with a big VC liquid cooling system to keep temperatures in check during heavy use. Vivo is also promoting an upgraded signal-amplification system to improve connectivity. Color options shown include light green, lavender, white, and dark grey.

Rumors further suggest a 50MP selfie camera and a triple rear setup: a 200MP main sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with OIS. Charging is expected to support 90W wired and 40W wireless, along with extras such as an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, USB-C Gen 3.2, and an IP68/IP69-rated body for added durability.
