After weeks of nonstop leaks and speculation, Google has finally made the Pixel 10a official – sort of. The company has published a short teaser video confirming the phone’s existence and giving us a quick look at its design.

The clip, which shows the Pixel 10a from multiple angles, ends by revealing the full launch date: February 18. That’s when Google will fully unveil the device and also open pre-orders.

Ahead of the big day, Google has put up a dedicated teaser page for the Pixel 10a. You can sign up with your email there, and if you haven’t previously subscribed to Google Store emails, you’ll be eligible for an exclusive offer on the Pixel 10a once it goes on sale.

Specs:

As for the hardware, recent leaks have already painted a fairly complete picture of what to expect. The Pixel 10a is said to feature a 6.28-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. On the back, it’s rumored to carry a 48 MP main camera alongside a 13 MP ultrawide shooter. The selfies will reportedly be handled by a 13 MP front-facing camera.

Under the hood, the phone is expected to come with 8 GB of RAM and a 5,100 mAh battery. Color options are tipped to include four finishes: Obsidian, Berry, Fog, and Lavender. Powering it all, the Pixel 10a will likely run on Google’s Tensor G4 chipset – the same SoC that’s said to be inside the Pixel 9a.

We’ll know exactly how much of this rumor mill was accurate once Google takes the wraps off the Pixel 10a on February 18 and starts taking pre-orders.
