Realme has released the Realme C85 5G in India following its debut in Vietnam earlier this month. This smartphone is designed for budget-conscious users seeking a large display, extended battery life, and robust durability.
Realme C85 5G:
The new Realme C85 5G will sport a 6.8-inch HD+ IPS LCD with 144Hz refresh rate support. The latest MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC powers it, with 6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage. It also has a microSD card slot.
It uses a 5300mm² vapour chamber cooling system to handle extended periods of demanding tasks.
The Realme C85 5G will feature a 50MP Sony IMX852 primary sensor and a useless 2MP macro sensor with LED flash. An 8MP Sony IMX355 selfie shooter is placed under the waterdrop notch. The Realme C85 5G will pack a 7000 mAh battery with 45W fast charge support. It will run on Android 15 OS with Realme UI 5.0 on top.
The connectivity options include Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, and a USB Type-C port. There is also a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and an FM Radio. The device will also come with an IP69 rating, making it dust—and water-resistant.
The C85 boasts a shockproof construction with an impact-absorbing frame and an ArmorShell Tempered glass screen. Additionally, Realme claims it meets the MIL-STD-810H standard for military-grade shock resistance. Furthermore, an “ultra volume mode” boosts speaker output 300 percent for louder sound.
Pricing:
The device comes in two versions: 4GB RAM with 128GB storage, and 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, priced at ₹15,499 and ₹16,999 respectively. Thanks to an introductory offer, customers receive a ₹500 discount, reducing the prices to ₹14,999 and ₹16,499. It is offered in Parrot Purple and Peacock Green shades. The phone will be available for purchase through Flipkart, Realme India’s website, and leading offline retailers. This launch promotion is valid until December 1, 2025.
