Vivo has begun to tease the phones in its upcoming X300 series. The company said earlier this week that the phones will be powered by MediaTek’s proprietary V3+ image chip and the company’s most recent Dimensity 9500 chipset. What looks to be a complete specification sheet for the gadget has now been leaked by tipster Digital Chat Station.
Vivo X300:
The new Vivo X300 will sport a 6.31-inch 1.5K LTPS AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800×1260p. It has a 120Hz refresh rate and 4500 nits of peak brightness. The latest Dimensity 9500 SoC powers the device, coupled with 16GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB UFS 4.0 storage options.
The new Vivo X300 features a new 200MP main 1/1.4″ HPB sensor with an aperture of f/1.57, coupled with a 50MP Sony LYT-602 telephoto sensor with f/2.57 aperture that gets 3x optical zoom & 100x digital zoom support. Lastly, there is a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide sensor with f/2.0 aperture, telephoto macro and LED flash. The device comes with a 50MP selfie shooter.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and 5G (Dual-Mode support), A-GPS, GPS, GLONASS, NAVIC, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. The Vivo X300 features an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and an IR Blaster. It is now protected from hot water jets with an IP69 rating.
The Vivo X300 has a 6200 mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless fast charge support. It runs on Android 15 OS with Origin OS 5 on top.
