New teasers for Vivo’s next-generation flagship smartphones have surfaced. Vivo has confirmed some features of the upcoming X300 series, including MediaTek’s flagship processor and the brand’s own imaging chip.

In just a few days, MediaTek will unveil the Dimensity 9500 chipset at a launch event. X300 Pro and X300 will use this chip. MediaTek’s latest flagship chipset achieved an impressive AnTuTu score of over 4 million points. Additionally, both flagship devices will support 4K video recording at 60fps with the Cinematic Portrait feature.

Vivo’s V3+ ISP powers the cameras of the X300 Pro. Meanwhile, Vivo X300 has appeared on the GeekBench platform. With 16GB of RAM, it was equipped with the Dimensity 9500. It also runs Android 16 OS. Based on its single-core test scores, the device scored 3,177 points and 9,701 points in the multicore test.
