The next flagship device from Oppo may be a battery powerhouse. According to a recent rumour, the Find X9 Ultra will come with a far bigger battery than its predecessor, maintain the same quick charging rates, and have a significant camera update.

According to Tipster Digital Chat Station, the X9 Ultra will have a dual-cell configuration with a capacity of 6,850mAh (3,425mAh each), which is probably going to be advertised as 7,000mAh on average. That would make it one of the biggest flagship batteries we’ve seen, up from the Find X8 Ultra’s usual capacity of 6,100mAh.

Oppo is sticking with 50W wireless and 100W cable charging despite the rise. Additionally, according to the report, the phone won’t bulk out much—an astounding engineering feat.

According to reports, the X9 Ultra would include a 6.82-inch OLED screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and 2K+ resolution. Upgrades in power efficiency are still uncertain, but the camera’s features—a 200MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultrawide, and two periscope zoom lenses (200MP and 50MP) with an optical zoom of up to 10x—are more obvious. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 is expected to power it, running ColorOS 16 based on Android 16. Another speculated rating is IP68/IP69.
