Nothing might be trying to expand its selection of smartphones by introducing more reasonably priced models. Although the company has so far concentrated on flagship and mid-range devices, this approach may be changing.
Reliable leaker Yogesh Brar on X claims that Nothing is investigating phones with the “Lite” or “T” brands. “Pro models are just not cutting it,” he said without providing specifics, implying that the business may be looking at less expensive options to maintain interest. This rumour is undoubtedly true because Brar was right on the money when he predicted that Nothing would release three phones in the first half of 2025.
The action would be in line with Nothing’s recent attempts to expand its audience. With their triple-camera configurations, simple software, and striking designs, the Phone 3a and 3a Pro, which retailed for $379 and $459, respectively, represented a significant shift toward value. Although we gave both phones high marks in our review, they weren’t the best options for US consumers due to inadequate carrier support.
Nothing has been verified as of yet, and no timeline has been mentioned. However, an actual Lite or T model might be the next logical step for Nothing to take a piece of the low-cost market, given the foundation laid by the Phone 3a series.
