One of Xiaomi’s most popular devices is the Redmi Note series. The Redmi Note 12 may be released later this year in China and early next year in global markets. A noted tipster has now teased the Redmi Note 12’s camera and charging specifications.
It is reported that Redmi Note 12 will include a 50-megapixel wide-angle primary camera and 120W fast charging. The tipster also mentioned that the smartphone would come with a charger in the box and have a rectangular design with squared edges. Reports mention the China version of the smartphone, but it’s likely that global variants of the Redmi Note 12 will have similar specifications. The Redmi Note 12 is also expected to feature an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera and a 2-megapixel macro lens.
This is the first mid-range Xiaomi smartphone with 120W fast charging in India, the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge 5G. According to reports, the Redmi Note 12 will carry that forward. According to the report, the Redmi Note 12 will charge from zero to 100 percent in just 20 minutes, as do Xiaomi’s flagship products.
The Redmi Note 12 may also come with a MediaTek Dimensity chip later this year.
