Earlier we saw the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 with midnight black and Gold colour options, now we have two more new colour addition to the list with Arctic Silver and Milky White.As per the render images, the design looks similar to earlier leaks, but there is no front view of the device only images with the rear of the device were leaked.
From leaked renders, we can see the Dual camera setup with Dual Tone LED flash and Heart rate sensor beside it. And beside the Heart rate sensor and LED flash we can find the fingerprint scanner similar to S8 and S8+.The design looks similar to Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ but now it has more rounded edges.There is a Power button on right and Volume rockers on the left of the device.At the bottom of the device, we can find the USB Type-C Port with speaker mesh beside it and S-Pen slot.
With that, we even got images of the all new Samsung 3300 mAh battery for the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 leaked.As per earlier leaks, we got to know that Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will come with lower 3300 mAh battery and here we have the images for the same.
Samsung Galaxy Note 8 might have slightly higher capacity battery over the S8 and lower than S8+.Samsung even launched many devices with lower capacity battery over last few years and there is nothing new about that.But now, Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will be more powerful in terms of specs like it will come with 6GB RAM as a base variant but will retain the same Exynos 8895/SD835 chip.
Samsung might launch Samsung Galaxy Note 8 with low capacity battery due to keeping the body slim and proper weight distribution.We have to see how will be the battery performance for 3300 mAh on Samsung Galaxy Note 8 when compared with 3500 mAh battery on S8+.
Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will sport 6.3 inches QHD+ AMOLED Infinity display. It will be powered by Exynos 8895/SD835 chip coupled with 6GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage which can be expanded via microSD card. It will have 12MP dual camera setup at the back with Dual tone Dual LED flash, heart rate sensor and fingerprint sensor beside it.All this is powered by 3300 mAh battery and runs Android 7.1.1 out of the box with Samsung custom UI on top. Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is slated to launch on August 23, 2017, in New York.
There is also rumours that Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will go on sale starting from Sept 15 in South Korea.So there might be serious competition between the LG V30 and Samsung Galaxy Note 8 as even LG is planning to sell on the same date.
